Donika McFaul

Donika has worked in the Risk + Safety field since 2015, specializing in Cal/OSHA regulations, claims management and Workers’ Compensation. She is a graduate of Sacramento State’s Occupational Health and Safety Program. Her vast experience ranges from managing companies that specialize in dry utility civil construction companies to large anhydrous ammonia refrigeration systems for commercial cold storage. She has facilitated multi-county emergency response exercises with Cal OES and the EPA, provided Anhydrous Ammonia Emergency Response Training for HAZMAT and is an active instructor of the American Red Cross.
